On Sat. Feb 5th, their will a fun event for
Electric's & Foamies with or with out wheels and std. electrics either ARF's
or built up. The foamies will have 3 events, land in a 10' circle, 2 loops
from takeoff to landing (timed) and last a balloon bust. The std. electrics
will have a 10 lap race around pylons, 2 pylons 100' apart. Hope to see
everyone there!
On Saturday, May 7th 2005 there will be a Fun Fly! This
will be a great time to attend a fun fly if you have never been in the past.
This will be a very laid back version of a fun fly. There are no contests
scheduled but there will be... Ballons tied up for anyone who wants to try
to bust one with your prop! There will be pylons set up for anyone who would
like to try your race skills alone or with a group! (Groups are more fun!!)
As always, if you wish to just come out and watch - that's ok too. Come on
out and look around, I'm sure there will be lots of really cool planes.

plane for display, maybe I can get a picture of it for the site!
At our last meeting the club decided to
hold a float fly on the 30th of July. It will be at Stine Cove starting at
9:00 AM. Stine Cove is just a short drive west of the flying field.
There will not be any contests, just a
fun fly.
There will be more events posted as soon as the dates are
set. Everyone is welcome to attend any of the events and
surrounding clubs are always welcome!
